A clearer route from intake to lender.
These terms explain the permitted use of FlowOps, what you agree to when submitting an application, and what FlowOps can and cannot promise.
1. Using FlowOps
You may use the FlowOps intake and application-tracking pages to submit and follow an application for your own needs, or for another applicant only when you are authorized to act for them.
FlowOps may process the submitted information through automated affordability scoring and lender routing to generate a preliminary profile and identify potentially suitable partners.
2. Your information and authorization
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete, and current. You authorize FlowOps to collect, use, analyze, and share the information needed for the application journey, including your income, expenses, employment information, and bank-statement data.
Submitting an application requires the informed POPIA consent described in section 11(1)(a). The consent checkbox is required because the intake cannot proceed without authorization for this processing. See the Privacy Notice for the detailed data disclosures.
3. Scoring and lender routing
Automated affordability scoring and risk profiling are used to help organize an application and select a potential lender route. Results may depend on the information supplied and signals derived from it, and should not be treated as financial advice or a final credit decision.
FlowOps is not the lender. We do not guarantee lender approval, an interest rate, a loan amount, or any particular lender decision.
Any lender that receives a routed application is responsible for its own assessment, terms, disclosures, and final decision.
4. Retention
FlowOps retains application, event, routing, and consent records for 90 days, subject to exceptions where a longer period is legally required or permitted. The retention period supports application tracking and an auditable processing record.
5. Responsible use
Do not submit information that you are not authorized to provide, attempt to interfere with the service, or use an application ID to access another person’s application. FlowOps may suspend or refuse processing where information appears misleading, unauthorized, or unsafe to process.
